This month, something big happened. We launched our latest youth-powered research report, Unseen Heroes, on the global stage at TED Countdown 2025 in Nairobi.
Across Kenya, behaviour change rarely travels through billboards or broadcast alone. It moves through people — through the friend who tries something first and the classmate everyone already trusts.
The young leaders we work with sit at the centre of those relationships. They are peers translating big themes into the language, humour and references of the circles they belong to.
Kenya does not have a shortage of good ideas. It has, too often, a shortage of trusted messengers to carry them the last mile.
